the dream team

The Dream Team is where you can put everything into practice. No matter who you are or how God made you, there is a place at Wellspring to use your unique gifts and passions to make an impact in the church, our community, and all around the world. In addition to getting to serve, you can also build some incredible relationships with the people who serve along side you. The Dream Team, together with lifegroups, is the best place to form lasting friendships, make an impact that goes beyond yourself, and grow into the amazing future that God has for you.

To Join the Dream Team, attend step 4 of Connect on the 4th Sunday of the month. Below is a list of groups currently serving at Wellspring. 

A-Team (Administration)

This team uses their gifts in organization and administration to help new Dream Team members find the best place to use their gifts and passions.

Building and Grounds

This team works diligently behind the scenes to maintain a spirit of excellence in every area of our church.

Connect Team

As the official hosts of our Connect class, this team greets guests, provides materials, and help facilitate each Sunday during Connect.

Connection Cafe

This energetic team connects with guests by offering a hot cup of coffee and a warm welcome.

​

Events Team

Church wide events are creatively planned and energetically hosted by this team who places priority on valuing people and serving with excellence.

​

First Responders

This team is made up of medically trained individuals who stand on call during Sunday Services and major events in the case of a medical emergency.

​

Funeral Meals

This team is responsible for providing meals to the families who have lost loved ones.

Greeters

This friendly team loves people and makes them feel at home here at Wellspring. They welcome guests with a smile, encouragement and a personal touch so that hearts are open to the gospel message.
 

Guides

This group prepares people for a positive worship experience by welcoming and assisting them to a seat, helping them find their way around the building, and maintaining a distraction-free environment.

Kids Check-In

This team welcomes families as they arrive at our WKidz area and facilitates the check-in process that ensures safety and effective care.

​

Life Group Leadership

We believe that real life change takes place in the context of relationships. As a Life Group Leader, you have the greatest opportunity to connect with others, fulfill your passions, develop your gifts and live out the Great Commission.​

Media Team

This team uses their gifts in digital media to create videos and graphics to communicate the gospel and tell life stories. They also communicate through social media and web design.​

Missions Team

This team is involved in countless ministries with a focus on bringing God's love to our community and around the world.

​

Next Steps

This team connects guests to the church community, providing resources and information on all of our current events, ministry opportunities, and services at Wellspring.

Parking Team

This fun and enjoyable team is truly the first impression of Wellspring! If you relish the great outdoors and enjoy telling people where to go, this is the team for you.

Prayer Team

This team of trained intercessors cover the weekend services in prayer and are also available to pray with attendants during our services.

Technical Production

Bring your creativity and tech savvy to this team that reaches people by delivering the word and worship through lighting, projection, and audio engineering.

​

Wellspring Students

Join the team that is building the next generation one Life Group, impactful retreat, and life-changing mission trip at a time!

Wkidz (1-5)

This team creates an environment where children are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus. They intentionally invest in the lives of our children through worship, videos, small groups, greeting, games and more.

​

Wkidz (Preschool/Nursery)

This team leads children into a real relationship with Jesus through Bible stories, worship, prayer, hands-on activities and personal interactions.

Worship Team

Through vocals and instruments this dynamic team prepares the way for our guests to encounter the presence of living God.
